4. Leaderboards and Rankings

EliteTyping offers competitive leaderboards and ranking systems. We reserve the right to:

  • Reset rankings when necessary.
  • Remove suspicious scores.
  • Adjust scoring systems to maintain fairness.
  • Disqualify users found violating fair use rules.

All decisions regarding leaderboard integrity are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EliteTyping, including but not limited to:

  • Logo
  • Branding
  • Website design
  • Game mechanics
  • Text and graphics

is the property of EliteTyping and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy and data. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties.

By using the platform, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

EliteTyping is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
